Yes. Prices shown are final — no VAT or fees are added at checkout. If our VAT status changes, the breakdown will show on the page, but the total you pay won’t.

There's no separate deposit — the checkout total is the full project price (or your first month, for a Care plan), due when you order. We don't currently offer instalment payment plans.

It’s the price of that service’s smallest package, stated exactly. Every package has its own price shown on its own card — nothing is hidden behind a bigger number appearing later.

If your project genuinely doesn't fit any of the seven services — a much larger site, an unusual scope — send us the details through the contact form and we'll scope it honestly, including telling you if a fixed package actually covers it.

You check out, we email you within 1 business day to confirm your start date, and the project begins once we’ve received your content and assets.

Turnaround is stated on every package, from 7–10 working days for a Landing Page to 8–10 weeks for the larger Ecommerce tier. It runs from receipt of your content, not from order date.

The stated turnaround starts from receipt of content — late content pushes the launch date back by roughly however late it arrives. See /process/ for the full breakdown.

It’s stated per package — for example 2 rounds on Landing Page Launch, 3 rounds on the Full Identity branding tier. Extra rounds are billed at €75/hr.

Yes. On handover you own your domain, content and code outright — there’s no ongoing licence fee or lock-in to keep it live.

Full files and logins — hosting, domain (where we set it up on your behalf), and the site or shop’s source files.

Yes — because you own the code and logins outright, you’re free to take it anywhere.

Yes — monthly rolling, no minimum term. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

No. Each plan’s edit hours reset at the start of the next month rather than building up a balance.

Extra hours are billed at €75/hr, or you can move up a tier for that month and back down the next.

No — it’s optional. Plenty of clients buy the website alone; Care is there for anyone who’d rather not think about backups and small edits themselves.

Possibly — many Irish small businesses fund a first website through their Local Enterprise Office’s Trading Online Voucher. Vouchers must be approved before you buy, so check current terms and eligibility with your Local Enterprise Office before ordering.
