Terms & Conditions
These terms apply whenever you buy a service, or use this website, from designismoney.
Who you're contracting with

What you're buying
Each service on this site — Landing Page, Business Website, Premium Website, Ecommerce Website, Website Redesign & Migration, Branding & Visual Identity, and Website Care Plans — is sold at the fixed price, scope and turnaround shown on its page and in your cart at the time you order. Turnaround runs from our receipt of the content and assets we need from you, not from your order date.
Placing an order
Adding a service to your cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy at the price shown. We confirm your order and start date by email, usually within 1 business day. The price shown at checkout is final: no VAT or additional fees are added.
Payment
This site currently processes payment in test mode only: no real payment is taken, and no card details are transmitted, stored, or sent anywhere. Once a live payment provider is connected, payment in full is due at checkout for one-off services, and your first month is due at checkout for a Care plan, which then renews monthly until cancelled.
Revisions and scope
Each package states its number of design revision rounds. Requests beyond that, or changes to the agreed scope, are billed at €75 per hour unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Ownership
On full payment and handover, you own your domain (where registered on your behalf), your content, and the code we build for you. We keep no ongoing licence or access requirement once a project is handed over.
After launch
Every one-off website build includes 30 days of post-launch fixes for defects in the work we delivered. This doesn't cover new features, content changes, or issues caused by changes made outside our care after handover.
Care plans
Care plans are monthly, rolling subscriptions with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and we don't refund the remainder of a part-used month. Unused edit hours in a plan don't roll over to the next month.
Design & development hours
Booked hours can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked session. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of a booked session may incur a charge of 50% of the booked hours.

Liability
We aim to deliver every project to the scope, quality and timeline agreed in writing. Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the price you paid for that service, except where liability can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
