Can I really cancel any time?
Yes. Care plans are monthly rolling with no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and it takes effect at the end of the current billing month — no exit fee, no retention call.
What happens to unused edit hours?
They don’t roll over. Each plan’s hours reset at the start of the next month, so the price stays predictable rather than building up a backlog we owe you.
What counts as a 'small edit'?
Text and image swaps, price or hours updates, small layout tweaks — the kind of change that takes minutes, not a redesign. Anything bigger is scoped as design/development hours or a project.
Do I need a Care plan, or can I book hours as I go?
Either works. Hours at €75/hr suit occasional changes; a plan suits a site that needs regular attention and the peace of mind of backups and monitoring running in the background.
