This policy explains what personal data designismoney collects when you use this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are

What data we collect
We collect the personal data you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and postal or billing address, along with project details and order contents when you enquire, buy a service, or complete checkout. We don't collect personal data from any other source.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to agree and deliver a fixed-price project, to process an order and its checkout, to send you order and account-related communications, and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations (for example, keeping records of transactions).
Legal basis
Contract — to provide a service you've requested or bought. Legal obligation — where we must keep records for tax or accounting purposes. Consent — for Google Analytics 4, which only runs if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
How enquiries are handled
Our contact and checkout forms use a mailto: hand-off: submitting a form opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to support@designismoney.com. Your data passes through your own email provider, not a server we operate, until you press Send.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to run your cart and remember your cookie choice. We use Google Analytics 4 only if you've given consent, to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited and may transfer data to the United States under an approved transfer mechanism. Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only where necessary to run the site and the business: our email provider (to receive enquiries and orders sent via the mailto hand-off), Google (for consent-gated analytics), and, if you're paying by card once a live payment provider is connected, that payment provider. This build currently uses a test-mode payment step that never transmits, stores, or sends card data anywhere.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to deliver the project and meet our accounting and tax obligations, and no longer than necessary after that.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@designismoney.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at www.dataprotection.ie.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page.
