Fane Physiotherapy

The brief

Fane Physiotherapy is a fictional clinic, imagined for a practice that’s been trading for years on a site that hasn’t been touched since it opened. The brief: a credible five-page site that makes booking a first appointment obvious, without sounding like a hospital brochure. No client exists — this is a concept built to show how we’d approach that brief.

Approach

Five pages built around the actual patient journey: what the clinic treats, who’s treating them, what a first appointment involves, and a booking route that doesn’t bury the phone number. Calm, clinical without being cold — the kind of site that makes a nervous first-time patient feel like they’ve found the right place.
